This is also where you can add some kind words you’d like us to add to their snack bundle. - Additional Order Items: Any additional items purchased with a care package will not be shipped. Please leave an additional note in the “Special Instructions” field during checkout to let us know if you are purchasing additional items to be included in your students care package or for in-store pickup. If there is no order note, we will contact you to arrange and collect payment for shipping. - Any package cancellation requests must be made by order deadline date to be eligible for a refund. If you ordered a multiple package program, a refund will be issued for any future packages, less the standard price of any prior packages. - All packages must be picked up within 14 days of when package distribution begins. We will notify your student by provided email/cellphone when distribution begins and send 2 additional reminders if their package has not been picked up. If you provided your cellphone, we will notify you also. - Items included will vary based on availability and package chosen.   CONTENTS: Classic, Gluten Free, and Nut Free Package Snacks:  granola bars, chips, pretzels, oatmeal, candy bars, applesauce, fruit snacks, cookies, mac & cheese, ramen, crackers, instant breakfast mix, popcorn, trail mix, candy. (Gluten and Nut Free packages will only include allergen friendly snacks.)   Energy Package Snacks:  energy drinks, protein and energy bars, dried fruit, nuts, beef jerky, energy and hydration drink mix.   FAQs: Why is checkout asking me for a shipping address and what do I enter there? Unfortunately, our system was built for shipping orders and we don't have a way to adjust that yet. Care packages will not be shipped. Please just enter your billing address for the credit/debit card you are using to make your purchase. Can I purchase additional items to add to my student's care package? Sure! Please see the "Additional Order Items" bullet point in the "Important Notes" section above. When and where does my student get their care package(s)? Handouts usually take place at the Customer Service counter at the University Store in The Union, but your student will receive a notification when distribution begins with pickup details. Dates of distribution are noted above and more details about pickup can be found in the "Important Notes" section above.
