Apple Education Pricing
The University Store is an Apple Authorized Campus Store. This means students, faculty, staff, and alumni of the University of Wyoming can purchase Apple products at special education pricing. If you are a current student, faculty or staff with a valid W#, then you qualify for Education Pricing on MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, Apple Watches and more. If you are a UW alum and you do not have a W# give us a call or stop in, and we’ll help you set up your Apple purchase.

The University Store offers a trade-in program that gives store credit for used tech devices. Customers will receive a University Store gift card for the value of their qualifying trade-in. Apple Custom OrdersPayroll Deduct
University employees have the option of using our payroll deduct program for computer hardware and software purchases. Payroll deduction may be used by full time and part time benefitted UW employees with 1+ years at the University of Wyoming, and the credit limit is $2,500.
