Most products purchased from this site may be returned, within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund. Exceptions to this policy include textbooks, technology (music, video games, software) which is not shrink wrapped, and customized products. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Customized products which are non-returnable include clothing with monograms, custom published materials (such as course readers or syllabi), and artwork which is printed, matted, or framed based on your order. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may be returned during this same time period. Merchandise refunds are given at the current selling price.
The textbook returns are dependent on when the purchase is made. Fall and Spring Textbooks are returnable up to Add/Drop Date. Summer Textbooks are returnable within 3 days of the first day of class. Return deadlines for each term will be posted inside the bookstore and on our website.
All sales are final on discounted and sale merchandise.
All refund/exchange requests must be accompanied by original receipt and may be subject to approval within 30 days of purchase.
Exceptions: Unopened Technology/Consumer Electronics may be returned within 10 days. Opened electronics/technology are nonrefundable. Special order items (those not regularly stocked) are nonrefundable. If defective, these products may be exchanged within 10 days from the date of purchase. ANY approved refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

1. Print a Packing Slip →
If you don't have the original packing slip, print the order and indicate which items you are returning. Include this slip in your shipment.

2. Ship Your Return →
Securely pack your returned merchandise AND the packing slip that indicates which items you are returning. If you can, return the merchandise in the original packing.

Fill out the label and securely attach to your return shipment
Use trackable shipping (UPS, FedEx, or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation).
