If there is no order note, we will contact you to arrange and collect payment for shipping. - Any package cancellation requests must be made by order deadline date to be eligible for a refund. If you ordered a multiple package program, a refund will be issued for any future packages, less the standard price of any prior packages. - All packages must be picked up within 14 days of when package distribution begins. We will notify your student by provided email/cellphone when distribution begins and send 2 additional reminders if their package has not been picked up.
